Order Status
$200 minimum or there may be a small order fee added.
  We are a very fair and honest wholesale business. We have recently had to make some changes because smaller orders are not profitable on our margins. Please note that most that run our margins have pallet minimums. We appreciate your business and understanding.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If an order has not shipped we will do our best to accommodate you. Making a change to your order will likely delay the order one business day. We charge $2 to make a change to an order under $100(items only).
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance
My order has missing or damaged items.
  Please call (916) 995-4557 or e-mail at [email protected] within five business days of receipt of the parcel. Please do not throw away the shipping container. If it is a shipping issue, Ups may want to see the packaging supplies. Although we usually have only one damage claim per year from 2005 through 2016, glass items can be damaged in transit. It is best to ship glass and aluminum items on pallets. All items damaged shipped other than on a pallet will only receive credit for the item(s) broken or damaged if quantity is 24 or less. Bottles and More will only be responsible for Ups Ground Shipping to replace any damaged or missing item.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
