Shipping and Returns
Will Call/Pick Up Orders:
 

Qualifications:

All pick up orders must be prepaid and there is no charge for orders over $250. After adding $250 to your shopping cart, the "will call" option will appear on the shipping cart drop down menu. If an order is less than $250, a "Small Order Pick Up" will appear on the drop down shipping menu at checkout. There will be a $20 small order fee added to pick orders under $250. Orders placed online can be pick up the next business day between 10 AM and 3 PM Monday through Thursday and 10 AM and 1 PM on Fridays. Prepaid confirmed orders can often be picked up with a one hour notice during pick up hours. I am sorry, we are not open to walk-in business, so all orders must be placed online and confirmed before picking up an order.

How much is my shipping cost?
 

We mostly ship Ups for orders less than pallets and offer our 40% discount on parcels charged for more than 20lbs. No shipping credits will be applied for orders under $100, items only. All shipping charges are by weight, size and number of boxes. Shipping cost is always an estimate until an order is packed but with this web site it is usually very accurate. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer including any address corrections charged by Ups due to an incorrect or incomplete address There is a $2 per box handling fee to help cover boxes and packaging supplies ($4 for boxes larger than 2 cubic feet). Shipping cost is always an estimate until the order is packed. Shipping cost refunds will only be applied to orders with items total of $75 or more.

Note:

Orders shipped express (next day, 2day, 3day select, Priority Mail) need to be measured, our server is not always able to calculate the size of an item. Ground shipping cost is more by weight although express is calculated more by size. Bottles and More will not be responsible for delivery times set by any carrier used (UPS, USPS or LTL). Customers choosing Priority Mail will be charged post office rates due to extra labor involved.

What is your return policy?
  We offer a 30 day money back return policy with the exception of essential oils and special order items. We no longer accept returns of essential oils because we cannot resell them. We just ask you send any items back the way you received them, no partial returns, damaged items or special order returns will be accepted. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, all shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Testing of an item for compatibility for any product is always the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee and will be assessed on all glass items. All orders returned with "free shipping" will be charged shipping first for the entire order if the return will drop the order below $300 after the return is applied. Return shipping cost will be responsibility of the customers. All returns must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. NO returns, discounts or adjustments will be processed after 30 days of purchase.

Bottles and More will not be responsible for delivery times set by any/all carriers including UPS, USPS or a trucking company.
When will my order ship?
  After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. 99% of orders placed online placed by noon Pacific Time ship will the same business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped with tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Pallet orders usually ship in 1-2 business days.
